The Dance of Communication: Expressing What Moves Youwith Nonviolent Communication
* Sat. Mar. 16, 2013 - 10:00 to 5:00 pm (downtown Toronto)
The NVC Dance Floors are spatial maps made up of large cards that place NVC processes on the floor in various layouts called 'dances'. Each card represents a step in a dance of communication. These steps can be used in any sequence to support authentic, flowing, conscious communication. This is a way to integrate bodily, auditory and visual ways of learning.
You will extend your understanding and abilities in NVC by walking through the steps of
- an Inner Dance which supports experiencing deep connection with life, and with resourceful creativity.
- an 'Inner-Outer Dances' for role-playing a dialogue
Prerequisite: completed at least one full day Nonviolent Communication training
Tuition: Regular $100 ($85 for students/unemployed)
